



Our Concept at the Teriyaki Time is healthier food at a low cost and quicker service of favorite dishes from all different types of Asian restaurants As you can see in our restaurant name, our main focas is on teriyaki dishes. How we prepare our teriyaki dish is very different than most of the Japanese restaurants in Michigan. First of all we create our sauce from all natural and fresh ingedients which takes over 8 hours to just make one batch not like some restaurants that buy their sauce from a supplier and add a few things to imitate the taste. Second of all we choose and prep our meats very carefully to meet the higher standard of our name. Every piece of meat is inspected and we remove any saturated fat before going into the marinating process which takes 2 days before cooking to bring out the delicious teriyaki flavors. Last of all we charbroil our dishes which brings out unmatchable taste from other restaurants that grill their dishes. As you know broiling is a lot more healier way of cooking than grilling or pan frying. HOURS: Monday - Saturday 10:00am - 9:00pm, Sunday 11:00am - 8:00pm
